I bought Plus but it's locked

Open Settings → Restore purchases in the app. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you bought it with.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Ano Daw?. On Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before it renews. Lifetime is a one-time purchase and never renews.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by the store you bought from. On iPhone, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, see Google Play's refund help.

I moved to a new phone

Install Ano Daw?, then tap Restore purchases. Your progress is saved only on your old phone, so lessons start fresh on the new one.

I can't hear the voices

Check that your phone isn't on silent and the volume is up, then make sure Sound effects and voices is on in the app's Settings.

Something in the Tagalog sounds wrong
