Ano Daw? Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Ano Daw? app, provided by Projekt Partitur Inc. ("we"). By using the app you agree to them. If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies.

The app

Chapter 1 is free. Ano Daw? Plus unlocks all chapters and extra features, as described in the app at the time of purchase.

Plus purchases

• Yearly and Monthly plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Lifetime is a one-time purchase. It includes all current and future course units for as long as we offer the app.
• Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
• If you reinstall or change phones, use Restore purchases in the app with the same store account.

Content

The course, characters, voices, music and artwork are ours or licensed to us. You may use the app for personal learning. Please don't copy, resell or redistribute its content.

Leaderboard

Until family leagues launch, the cousins on the weekly leaderboard are practice rivals created by the app, not real people.

No warranty

We work hard to make the Tagalog accurate and natural, but the app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date above. Continuing to use the app means you accept the new terms.
